Our bodies are very resilient – as we know. So what are our weak points? Where are we attackable or vulnerable the most? I would claim it is our ability to surrender, our relationship to death and our need for air. We want to survive, yet experience the states of mindlessness, trance and flow. Already many yogic and tantric traditions have been exploring the topic of breath and breath holds. How can breath become a portal for surrender, letting go, trance or even bliss?
We will explore different ways of safe breath play and learn how to mix this with curiosity and a tantric approach.
