Melania Mieli is the pseudonym of an Italian writer born in 1983. She made her debut in 2015 with The Thirteenth Period, a novel about self-determination through the body and the exploration of desire. From 2015 to 2016 she told the story of the employees of the Firm on the web, and from this experience was born Il Piano dei Conti, a novel about the world of work represented in a grotesque way. Since November 2016 she has participated in the “Non Una di Meno” feminist movement. Her site, melaniamieli.com, is a space for discussion with writers, musicians and independent artists, where they are deepened issues related to sexuality, post porn and feminism.
