A Collective Pool Float & Breathing Experience.
How can we create shapes in fluid processes and dissolve them into new perspectives? Floating Shift is literally bringing our body into water, to touch the inner core of our fluidity and suggest an aware observation of the constant transformation of all our processes, in and around our selves. Together we will sense the semi permeability or our membranes while floating into water : between order and disorder.
In this workshop we use techniques of Continuum Movement and Middendorf Breathing, and bring the focus on body-regulations: witnessing and experiencing slow movement.
