Esploreremo le possibilit\u00e0 dei fianchi, bacino e sedere, compreso il twerking.
Esplorare il nostro corpo \u00e8 diventato privo di controllo e aperto ai desideri e alle emozioni.
Giocheremo da sol*, in coppia e in gruppo... creando un'esperienza divertente e profonda... ci sosterremo a vicenda e condivideremo i nostri desideri durante questa esperienza.
I fianchi e il bacino sono molto importanti per esplorare la capacit\u00e0 di percepire il desiderio, creare un immaginario e liberare la tensione. Pi\u00f9 siamo disponibili per liberare questa parte e giocarci, pi\u00f9 possiamo sentirci liber* di essere tutto ci\u00f2 che vogliamo e sogniamo.
Useremo diverse tecniche di rilassamento, stretching e danza, per rendere i nostri corpi disponibili per questa esperienza.
Quindi giocheremo con i desideri che emergeranno, usando la musica delle percussioni ancestrali che scuoteranno ancora di pi\u00f9 il nostro primo e il secondo chakra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
